COMPANY PROFILE

Founded in 1992, Suzhou New Hongji Precision Parts Co., Ltd. is situated in the picturesque Suzhou Industrial Park. With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing precision parts, optical tubes, and mechanism parts, we possess robust engineering technology and mechanical manufacturing capabilities. Our technical force is strong, our detection methods are comprehensive, and we consistently maintain a leading position in the industry for processing thin-wall and deformable parts.

 

Our company specializes in producing various custom precision machined parts primarily for medical, optical, and common industrial products. These include but are not limited to: components for medical blood analysis equipment, micro-equipment parts, non-contact medical device components; infrared inspection components for optics; chromatographic components; lenses for RPTV (Rear Projection Television) systems and DLP (Digital Light Processing) systems; measuring optics lenses; microscopic optics lenses; as well as supporting precision machinery components. Additionally, we manufacture general industrial semiconductor devices, industrial pump body components, high-end industrial regulators among other items.

Since our establishment, we have focused on a business policy that High Mx, Low Volume. We provide customers with comprehensive manufacturing solutions for precision parts based on this philosophy while prioritizing innovation and efficiency as our core business purpose. In early 2010s，we established an internal research and development center which obtained ISO9001 international quality management system certification. Furthermore，we actively engage in research cooperation with colleges and universities leveraging our own technical advantages along with financial strength.

 

Leveraging its technical expertise and financial prowess, our company is dedicated to establishing a company-centric 'push-pull' supply chain that encompasses the shared information flow, logistics, and capital flow between upstream suppliers and downstream end customers. Ultimately, this will foster an interdependent relationship among all parties involved in the supply chain, leading to collective cost reduction, improved profitability, and mutually beneficial outcomes.

DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

1992

In October, "Suzhou New Hongji Plastic Hardware Factory" was registered and established

1997

Introduced CNC lathes in July

1998

Introduced CNC machining center in June

2004

Moved into new factory at No. 30 Jinhai Road in July

2005

The first batch of overseas orders was shipped out in March;

Introduced ISO9001 quality management system in July:

In October, ERP material management system was introduced.

2006

In April, the first semi-automatic CMM was introduced

2007

New Hongji website was launched in January;

In March, receive order from aerospace field.

2008

Guided AS9100 aviation in December

Quality management system

2009

In June, receive order from medical field;

A product calibration center was established in August;

In August, the school-enterprise joint "New Hongji" naming class was held.

2010

Material testing center established in July

2011

In May, horizontal machining center was introduced;

In December, the aviation quality management system was upgraded and won the title of "Jiangsu High-tech Enterprise Company".

2012

In January, a two-axis turning center was introduced;

In July, the CNC turning and milling composite center was introduced.

Obtained the high-tech enterprise certificate in October;

Obtained high-tech product certification in December:

In October, the New Hongji Charity Foundation was established.

2014

New Hongji Suzhou Shengpu Factory laid the foundation stone and started construction;

In November, the "New Hongji Youth Design and Technology Studio" was established at the Suzhou Blind Police School.

2017

In May, Nanjing New Hongji Surface Treatment Plant was officially put into use:

New Hongji Suzhou Shengpu new factory opened in August;

In November, Nanjing surface treatment plant passed AS9100 certification

2018

The company practices ecological protection and energy conservation. In August, a photovoltaic power generation project was introduced to use solar energy to provide energy for daily production.

2019

In April New Hongji Running Group Organization was established;

In May passed ISO13485: 2016 medical certification for the first time;

In August established New Hongji Training School;

In October establish a school -enterprise cooperation relationship with Suzhou University of Science and Technology;

In November was awarded the title of "Gazelle Enterprise in the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone of Southern Jiangsu Province";

2021

Point-based Performance Evaluation management System is rooted and mature; 

In December, Asia's first high mix & low volume flexible intelligent line was put into production and used;

In December, AHP quality software finished application in the production and quality process;
