On June 17th, Suzhou New HongJi Precision Parts Co., Ltd. and Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) held a series of school-enterprise cooperation lectures on Career Upgrading of Employment and Entrepreneurship Lecture Hall No.2: Interviewing Skills in the New Economic Environment in the Multifunctional Auditorium of Tianping College of SUSTech.

 New HongJi's Vice General Manager, Mr. Yue Xue, was the keynote speaker for this seminar, which was attended by nearly 200 junior mechanical students from Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST). As the content of the course is very suitable for the needs of the juniors in preparing for their job search for the upcoming internship, everyone was extremely engaged in the lecture.

Mr. Yue Xue, vice general manager of the company, elaborated to the students on the various aspects they need to pay attention to when looking for a job for the first time in three aspects: positioning, interview preparation, interview process and post-interview work, from the selection of macro-industries and units to the planning of their own job matches, preparation of CVs and interview details, and even the precautions of dress etiquette. Especially as a newcomer to the society, how to get through the integration period in the internship and probationary period, Vice President Yue addressed this issue with the actual situation of the company, and taught students from different perspectives.

While preparing for the interview, we should be more down-to-earth and take a good path at the moment. A good job depends on personal ability and efforts after work. At the end of the lecture, Mr. Yue Xue, vice general manager, encouraged everyone to study hard, actively participate in practice, carry forward the good style of SUSTech and become a social elite, and move forward for the Chinese dream of China's manufacturing power.

Mr. Lu, Director of the Academic Work Office of the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, highly recognized this seminar and thanked New HongJi, as a mechanical manufacturing company, for its willingness to make some practical support for the students. Junior students are about to face the problem of looking for a job, they have not been involved in the community, they need to know how to take the first step to find a job, what kind of job to look for, how to write a resume, what kind of talent employers need, how to show themselves in the interview ...... In this seminar, everyone got the answers they wanted.

After the lecture, Mr. Yue discussed with Mr. Guo Dianxin, the instructor of the School of Mechanical Engineering, about the “Suzhou University of Science and Technology Summer Social Practice for College Students” project ---- “GM Mobile Book”. The project will be funded by New HongJi and provide technical assistance to students, and is expected to start in mid-July.
