General Manager Li Jian also shared with the audience “the Japanese enterprises I know” and “the past and future of China's manufacturing industry”. During the visit to the Japanese factory, he felt the “craftsmanship” of striving for excellence and highly praised it. After analyzing the development history of Japanese companies and economy and comparing it with Chinese companies, he pointed out that China has the most complete range of industries in the world, Chinese people are smart and diligent, and Chinese culture has a long and profound history, so Chinese manufacturing is bound to grow rapidly in the future.

During the questioning session, three students asked questions on “employment of Japanese and other small language majors”, “how to apply compound interest thinking to daily life”, “what abilities do enterprise leaders value in college students” and so on. General Manager Li Jian not only answered them one by one, but also prepared books, pens and other gifts for the students, encouraging them to ask more questions and dare to be the first.
