In November, the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area in Yixing witnessed a unique team celebration event. Organized by Suzhou New Hongji Precision Parts Co., Ltd., the event saw the participation of 108 employees to celebrate the company's 30th anniversary. The event was divided into six groups and featured exciting team-building competitions at Longhu Square and Yixing Bamboo Sea.

In the morning activities, Deputy General Manager Yue Xue, serving as the head coach, led New Hongji employees in exciting team-building games at Longhu Square. After a delicious farmhouse lunch, the team headed to Yixing Bamboo Sea in the afternoon. Located in Huhu Town, 31 kilometers southwest of downtown Yixing in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, Yixing Bamboo Sea is a national AAAA-level tourist area and a provincial forest park. It boasts scenic spots like "First Source of Taihu Lake," "First Peak in Southern Jiangsu," "Bamboo for Peace," "Mirror Lake Beauty," "Suspension Bridge Over Water," "Silent Zen Temple," "Bamboo Forest Waterfall," "Emerald Corridor," and "Suspended Walkway."

As they traversed the picturesque Bamboo Sea, participants engaged in team collaboration activities while admiring the beautiful scenery. Activities included creative group photos with feet off the ground, creative "30" poses, recording shout-out videos, dance or singing videos, and group photos at the mountain's summit and base. These fun tasks linked team members together, fostering better understanding and communication among different departments. Each group's strategies, skills, and teamwork were fully displayed in the afternoon tasks.

Each group had undercover members during the afternoon activities. Some undercover agents successfully hid their identities, while others successfully connected with their handlers. This added layer of intrigue and challenge further tested the teams' intelligence and cooperation.

After a series of challenges and competitions, the teams led by Zhang Lifang and Wang Wenhu emerged victorious, winning the highest honors in the team-building activities. Their teams demonstrated exceptional teamwork and effective communication, embodying the corporate spirit of New Hongji.
