The afternoon session of the annual meeting began with departmental summaries for 2024. Through detailed data and sincere sharing, each department showcased their achievements over the past year. In 2024, we embraced challenges with courage and undertook responsibilities with determination, overcoming one obstacle after another to lay a solid foundation for the company’s steady growth. In his keynote speech, General Manager Li highlighted two keywords: "courage" and "responsibility". Quoting a famous saying, he remarked, "Without courage, there is no luck." He further elaborated, "It was precisely this courage and responsibility that brought us countless victories in 2024. In 2025, we will continue to harness this spirit to achieve even greater success."

During the exciting raffle session, the highlight of the event was the announcement of the grand prize winner — the 5,000 RMB Dream Fund! This special prize not only symbolizes luck but also underscores the company’s unwavering support for employees pursuing their dreams. Zhang Wei from the Manufacturing Department delivered a powerful rendition of "Our Song," while Zhang Xuelei from the Quality Engineering Department mesmerized the audience with her elegant dance, "The Camellia Blooms." The external performance team’s musical pieces, "Happy Celebration" and "Rising Higher Step by Step," added a unique festive charm to the event.
